Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sarare Enterprises LLP ("AiTeky"), #3-17-6-2, Narsingi, Hyderabad, Telangana, pin code: 500075, INDIA, handles your personal data on https://learn.aiteky.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect and why

Your confirmation that you are 18 or older (we do not ask for your date of birth)	To make sure the Portal is used only by adults

Profile photo (optional)	Shown only to you, on your profile and at the top of the page. We crop it and remove hidden details such as location; it is deleted when you remove it or close your account
Learning progress, saved resources and listings, active days	To show your dashboard and resume where you left off
Ratings and reviews you write, including what happened with a certification, internship or job	To show them publicly with your first name and last initial (see the Terms of Use)
Whether a listing asked you to pay (optional, in a review)	To protect other learners: it is seen only by our team and is treated as a report on the listing
Reports you send about a listing or a library resource	So our team can check it; reports are never shown publicly or to the organisation
Sign-in records (time, device, a one-way hash of your IP address)	To keep your account secure
Weekend program: your batch, industry track, seat bookings, payments (amount, date, method and reference)	To run your enrolment, decide what you can watch, and keep accounting records as the law requires
Your consent choices	To prove what you agreed to and when
Refer & earn: your referral code, who referred you, the email addresses of friends you invite, your rewards, and the UPI ID you give us for payouts	To credit referrals, send each invited friend one email, and pay your rewards. Friends you invite see your name in that email
Questions you type to Ari, the chat assistant	To answer them. They are sent to our AI providers (below) with no name or account details, and we do not store chats

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass your details to the employers or organisations listed on the Portal.

Improving the Portal. We analyse ratings, reviews and outcomes without names or contact details (each learner is replaced by a code that cannot be traced back to an account) to improve recommendations and to build learning and career tools, including AI models and assistants. These de-identified records are kept by AiTeky and are not sold.

Visitors who are not signed in can browse the library and the listings. We collect no personal data about them beyond the essential cookies and the anonymous visitor count described in our Cookie Notice.

Opportunity listings are collected from organisations' official websites and public careers pages. They contain information about the opening, not about learners. When you follow an Apply or official page link, you leave the Portal: the organisation's own privacy policy applies to anything you share with it.

2. Who processes it for us

• Hostinger hosts the Portal and its database.
• Brevo sends emails, including sign-in codes.
• Our phone code provider (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Firebase, or an Indian SMS provider) sends sign-in codes to your phone.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-up and sign-in requests come from a person.
• YouTube plays embedded videos in privacy-enhanced mode.
• Groq, with GitHub Models (Microsoft) as a backup, writes Ari's chat answers. Only the questions you type in the chat are sent.
• For the paid program only (when it launches): Razorpay (payments) and BigBlueButton (live classes).

3. How long we keep it

• Your account data: while your account is open.
• Reviews and reports: until you remove them or delete your account.
• After you delete your account: personal data is removed or anonymised within 30 days, and your reviews and reports are deleted. Learning statistics are kept only in anonymised form. Backups containing your data expire within a further 14 days.
• Consent records: kept as long as needed to show what was agreed.

4. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• see and download your data, including your progress, saved items, reviews and reports: Profile → Download my data;
• correct your details: Profile, or write to us;
• change or remove a review: on the resource's page;
• withdraw marketing consent: Profile → Updates;
• delete your account: Profile → Delete my account;
• complain to our Grievance Officer (below), and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
