Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the 12-month weekend AI & Data Science program offered by Sarare Enterprises LLP ("AiTeky").

Fees

• ₹999 per month, or ₹9,999 one-time. Prices include GST.

Booking a seat

• Booking a seat is free. You pay only once your batch is confirmed.
• When the batch is confirmed we email you. Pay within 48 hours, or the seat is released to the next learner on the waiting list.
• You can cancel a booking, or leave the waiting list, at any time before you pay.

No refunds

Program fees are not refundable, in full or in part, once paid.

Switching to one-time payment

Monthly learners can switch to the one-time fee within 6 months of their batch start date by paying the one-time fee minus what they have already paid.

Monthly AutoPay

• You can cancel AutoPay at any time from your profile.
• Access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If a payment fails, access pauses after a 3-day grace period and resumes when you pay.

Batch dates

If the start date of your batch changes, you can choose the new date or join a batch that is already running.
