Refer & Earn Terms

These terms apply to the Refer & Earn programme of Sarare Enterprises LLP ("AiTeky") on https://learn.aiteky.com. They add to our Terms of Use.

1. Who can refer

• Any student with a verified, active account on the Portal. Staff and admin accounts cannot take part.
• You get a personal referral code and link on the Refer & earn page.

2. Who counts as your referral

• A friend counts for you when they create a new account with your link or your code, or, if they used no code, after you invited them by email and they sign up within 60 days of your invitation.
• If your friend signs up with someone else's code, that person is credited.
• Each person can be referred only once, and only before they have an account. A referral cannot be moved to someone else after the friend signs up.
• You must not refer yourself, create accounts for other people, or use fake or duplicate accounts.

3. What you earn

• You earn 10% of each payment your referred friend makes for a paid program, worked out on the fee before GST and rounded to the nearest rupee.
• If your friend pays monthly, you earn on every monthly payment they make. If they pay the one-time fee, you earn once. If they switch from monthly to one-time, you earn on the difference they pay.
• The amounts shown on the Refer & earn page are what you receive.
• Rewards are earned only on payments we actually receive. Nothing is earned for sign-ups or free bookings.

4. When and how you are paid

• Each reward is checked for 7 days before it can be paid.
• We pay by UPI, usually once a month, once you have at least ₹500 ready. Please add your UPI ID on the Refer & earn page. We are not responsible for payments sent to a UPI ID you entered incorrectly.
• Where the law requires, we may deduct tax at source (TDS) and ask for your PAN before paying.

5. Inviting friends by email

• Only invite people you know who are happy to hear from us. We send each invited friend one email with your name and link, and do not email them again unless they sign up.
• You can send a limited number of invitations each day.

6. Cancelled rewards

We may cancel unpaid rewards, or close a referrer's participation, for self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading promotion, or a payment that is reversed. If you close your account, unpaid rewards end.

7. Changes

We may change the reward rate, the minimum payout or these terms, or end the programme, with notice on this page. Rewards already earned under the old terms stay payable.
