Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to https://learn.aiteky.com (the "Portal"), run by Sarare Enterprises LLP ("AiTeky", "we", "us"), GSTIN 36AEVFS3685N1ZU, #3-17-6-2, Narsingi, Hyderabad, Telangana, pin code: 500075, INDIA.

By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the Portal

• Anyone may browse the public pages, the learning library and the opportunity listings while they are open to visitors.
• To create an account you must be 18 years or older.
• One account per person. Your email address and mobile number must be your own and can belong to only one account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email and phone secure, because we send sign-in codes to them.

2. What we provide

• Learning library: links to and embeds free learning material published by universities, institutions and companies, and tracks your progress when you are signed in. We do not own that material and do not guarantee that it stays available.
• Opportunities: listings of free certifications, internships, fresher jobs, walk-in drives and recruitment tests published by other organisations. See the Opportunities Disclaimer: we are not the employer, and you apply on the organisation's own website.
• Ratings and reviews that learners write about library resources (section 4).
• The paid weekend program is covered by its own pages.

The Portal is free. We never ask you to pay for a listing, an application or a certificate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account or sign-in codes with anyone;
• copy, download, re-upload or resell content except as its owner allows;
• attempt to break, overload or probe the Portal, or to get around limits such as sign-in code limits;
• post or send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading;
• use automated tools to collect data from the Portal.

4. Ratings, reviews and reports

• When you rate or review a resource or a listing, your rating, your comment, what happened (for a listing) and your first name and the initial of your last name are shown publicly to everyone, including visitors who are not signed in. Your answer to "did anyone ask you to pay" is never shown publicly.
• We may use reviews without your name to improve the Portal, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Write honestly about the resource. Do not post personal information (yours or anyone else's), contact details, links, advertising, or anything abusive or unlawful.
• You keep ownership of what you write, and give AiTeky a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on the Portal for as long as it is published.
• You can change or remove your review at any time. We may hide or remove reviews that break these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
• The Report button on a listing is for genuine problems, such as a fee being asked or a closed opening. Reports are seen only by our team. Deliberately false reports may lead to suspension.

5. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or where we are required to by law. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

6. Limitation of liability

The Portal is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, AiTeky is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party content, websites, employers, programmes or tests listed on the Portal, or for anything you agree with them.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we publish a new version we will ask you to accept it the next time you use the Portal.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
