The brief
Farmers miss benefits because scheme rules are long and in English. Build a multilingual assistant over PM-KISAN, PMFBY and state scheme documents that answers eligibility and how-to-apply questions in the farmer's language, cites the rule, and says when the documents do not answer. Good looks like: retrieval compared on 50+ test questions, answers in three languages, citations, and refusals when unsure.
