Farmers want quick answers in their own language, from a source they trust. Build a chat app that answers crop and weather questions in Telugu, Hindi or English, grounded in official agriculture and weather advisories, citing them, and saying when it does not know. Good looks like: answers checked on 40 real questions per language, citations, and safe refusals.
