Farmer query classifier
Classify farmers' questions in Telugu, Hindi and English to route them to the right expert.
The brief
Kisan helplines receive questions about pests, prices, schemes and weather in many languages. Build a classifier that sorts each question by topic in Telugu, Hindi and English, so it reaches the right expert faster. Good looks like: a labelled set in three languages, accuracy per topic and language, and a comparison with an LLM.
