Customer review insights platform

The brief

A consumer brand gets thousands of reviews and has no time to read them. Build a platform that groups reviews by topic, measures sentiment per feature (battery, delivery, price…), tracks changes over time, and writes a monthly summary for the product team. Good looks like: accurate topic and sentiment results, a dashboard, and summaries checked for accuracy.
