Delivery-time estimator for e-commerce orders
Promise customers an accurate delivery date when they order.
The brief
An online marketplace shows the same 'delivered in 7–10 days' to everyone, and many orders arrive late. Build a model that estimates delivery time from seller, customer location, product and date. Good looks like: estimates closer than the current promise, fewer late deliveries, and a map of slow routes.
