City air quality forecast
Forecast a city's daily air quality a few days ahead, including season and festival effects.
The brief
Cities need warning before bad air days so schools and hospitals can prepare. Forecast daily AQI a few days ahead with seasonal, weather and festival effects, and test it against a simple baseline. Good looks like: forecasts that beat persistence, back-testing over a year, and accuracy on the worst days reported.
