Vaccines and insulin spoil if they get too warm or too cold, and nobody can see it. Build a monitor that logs temperature (a real sensor or simulated), finds excursions, calculates how long and how far out of range the stock was, and tells the pharmacist whether to use, quarantine or discard. Good looks like: alerts before the limit is crossed, a record that could go in an audit, and clear decision rules.
