The brief
An investor wants to open restaurants in Bengaluru and asks what drives ratings and orders: location, cuisine, price, online ordering, table booking? Analyse the market and give a recommendation for a new outlet. Good looks like: clear evidence for each factor, a rating model with known error, and a recommendation with a map of good areas.
