Fleet insurers and operators want a fair, explainable driver score every week. Build a driving-behaviour model from sensor data, then deploy it as an API behind a fleet dashboard, with tests, versioned models and monitoring. Good looks like: a validated score, a deployed API and dashboard, a release gate, and drift monitoring.
