Find what owners praise and complain about in reviews of car models.
The brief
A carmaker's product team wants to know what owners really think. Analyse owner reviews to find the aspects they praise and complain about (mileage, comfort, service, price), with sentiment per aspect, and compare models. Good looks like: sensible aspects, sentiment per aspect checked on labelled reviews, and a comparison of two models.
What you will build
- Clean the reviews
- Find aspects with topic modelling or an LLM
- Score sentiment per aspect
- Check accuracy on 100 hand-labelled reviews
- Compare models and present the findings
