Classify network fault tickets and find the equipment and sites that cause the most trouble.
The brief
A telecom operations centre handles thousands of fault tickets written in free text. Build a pipeline that classifies tickets by fault type, extracts the site and equipment, and ranks the sites and equipment causing the most trouble. Good looks like: a labelled sample, accuracy per fault type, and a ranked list of problem sites.
