Network and IoT operations agent
An agent that watches devices and network alarms, runs diagnostic tools and proposes fixes or tickets for an engineer to approve.
The brief
Operations centres watch thousands of devices and alarms. Build an agent that notices devices going offline or alarms firing, runs diagnostic tools (ping, logs, readings), proposes the likely cause and fix, and raises a ticket only after an engineer approves. Good looks like: a simulated device fleet, safe diagnostic tools, an approval step, and diagnosis accuracy and cost per incident.
What you will build
- Simulate a fleet of devices and network alarms
- Build diagnostic tools with read-only permissions
- Build the agent with LangGraph and approval
- Test on scripted incidents
- Measure diagnosis accuracy, unsafe actions blocked and cost
- Log every step
