Electricity bill explainer

The brief

Customers do not understand slab tariffs, fixed charges and subsidies, so they call the utility. Build an app where a customer uploads or types their bill and gets a clear explanation in English, Hindi or Telugu, based on the published tariff. Good looks like: explanations checked on 20 sample bills, correct slab maths, and answers grounded in the tariff order.

What you will build

1. Collect a published tariff and create sample bills
2. Extract bill details and recompute the charges
3. Explain each charge in simple language
4. Test 20 bills in three languages
5. Build the app and report accuracy and cost
