The brief

A site engineer sends daily progress sheets that nobody adds up. Build a tool that cleans daily reports (activities, quantities, labour, materials), summarises progress each week against the plan, and flags activities falling behind. Good looks like: a clean data model, weekly progress against plan, and a short report for the project manager.
