A RAG assistant that answers "am I covered?" and agents' rule questions from policy documents and IRDAI regulations, with citations.
The brief
Agents and customers both struggle with policy wordings and IRDAI rules. Build an assistant over policy documents and regulations that answers coverage and rule questions, quotes the clause or regulation it used, and says when the documents do not answer. Good looks like: a document pipeline for long policy PDFs, retrieval compared on 50+ test questions, citations on every answer, and refusals when unsure.
