The brief

A logistics manager hears complaints about late deliveries but has no numbers. Read a year of shipment records, calculate actual against scheduled delivery days, and report delays by region, shipping mode and product category. Good looks like: clean dates and statuses, reconciled counts, and a one-page performance report.
