Solve a real logistics or supply-chain problem end to end, such as a shipment-tracking assistant, with monitoring and cost controls.
The brief
Customers and dealers call to ask "where is my shipment?" all day. Build and deploy a shipment-tracking assistant (or another supply-chain AI product you scope with your mentor) with tools for order lookup, monitoring and cost controls. Good looks like: a deployed product, measured resolution rate and cost, a security review, and a demo for a panel.

- Evaluate resolution rate and accuracy
- Review security against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications
- Deploy with monitoring and cost limits
- Present the results to a panel
