The brief
HR teams answer the same questions on leave, payslips and travel every day. Build an assistant over a company's policy documents that answers employees with the clause quoted, personalises answers using safe lookups such as the leave balance, and hands over to HR when a case is sensitive. Good looks like: 100 test questions, correct answers with citations, and strict privacy so one employee never sees another's data.
