The brief
Where a company puts its warehouses decides its delivery time and cost for years. Using city demand and distances, find the best number and location of warehouses with a facility location model, compare it with the current network, and show how the answer changes if demand grows or fuel costs rise. Good looks like: a solved model with its assumptions, a map of the result, and a scenario table that shows when the answer changes.
