Supplier catalogue extractor

The brief

Retailers receive product lists from suppliers in every format imaginable. Build an extractor that turns supplier sheets and PDFs into a validated catalogue (name, category, size, colour, price, pack size), and flags rows it is unsure about. Good looks like: a schema, validation of prices and sizes, and accuracy per field on labelled rows.
