Classify the sentiment and topics of product reviews and summarise what customers complain about.
The brief
A brand gets thousands of reviews on marketplaces and reads few of them. Classify sentiment, find the topics customers talk about (delivery, quality, size, price), and summarise the main complaints per product. Good looks like: sentiment checked on labelled reviews, sensible topics, and a complaints summary a product manager uses.
What you will build
- Clean the reviews
- Classify sentiment and check on 100 labelled reviews
- Find topics with clustering or an LLM
- Summarise complaints per product
- Present a dashboard of trends
