The brief

A power utility is rolling out smart meters, but the data arrives with gaps, duplicates and odd spikes. Read half-hourly meter data, calculate daily consumption per home, and flag missing or suspicious readings before they reach billing. Good looks like: clear data-quality rules, daily totals per home, and a list of meters to check.
