Discharge summary explainer for patients
Explain a discharge summary to patients in their own language, with clear "ask your doctor" limits.
The brief
Patients go home with discharge summaries full of medical terms they cannot follow. Build an app that explains a summary in simple English, Hindi or another Indian language: what happened, which medicines to take and when to come back, and never gives a new diagnosis. Good looks like: explanations checked by a clinician on 20 summaries, clear refusals for medical advice, and a cost per explanation.
