The brief
A hospital's outpatient department is crowded at some hours and empty at others, and many booked patients never come. Clean a year of appointment records and report waiting times and no-shows by department, day and hour, so the administrator can rearrange slots. Good looks like: documented cleaning, clear charts by department and hour, and three practical suggestions.
